Lillie is the name of my grandmothers. One adoptive whom I knew as my grandmother my entire life and one biological whom I met later in my life. Both women shown me love, kidness and compassion and that has left a profound effect on my life.

Low is the last name of my husband and he's great :).

I had hoped that if I ever had a daughter of my own that I would name her "Lily" . My business became my baby and so Lily Low was born.

Since my early 20's, I made body butters and hair oils for myself. I would research ingredients and experiment because I wanted my skin and hair to feel good.  I have Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema and many fragrance allergies and although I wasn't looking for a cure for these skin conditions I wanted a product that actually kept my skin hydrated all year round.

I began selling body butters in 2020, Sold Soap and body butters in 2022, and began selling skin care such as lotions, face moisturizers, body butters, oils, etc in 2025.

So, I have made skincare for over 15 years.

Fragrance-free skincare gets a bad rap and is rarely seen as exciting, and we'd like to change that!   Our philosophy has always been to make sensitive skin care products that is quality, that is luxurious and that helps others feel good about themselves.

Fragrance oils and essentials are aggravating to my eczema and I often needed fragrance-free products for shampoos, conditioners, soaps, lotions, laundry and dish soap. 

I wanted my products to be vegan because I liked the challenge of creating a product that is comparable to others without any animal byproduct they are also not animal tested and I source my ingredients from reputable suppliers.

We do not do returns. We do however offer exchanges.  And refunds willl be issued as store credit.
